The Clybourn is a new residential building comprising 39 units, situated in Avondale close to the junction of Clybourn, Belmont, and Western Avenues. The building boasts a fitness room, an amenity area with a deck, and retail spaces located on the ground floor. Its façade features ACM accents in a field of corrugated metal cladding, which introduces texture and creates intriguing shadow effects.
